Digital X-Ray
Digital radiography is the newest way to take x-rays. The x-rays are taken with a sensor instead of traditional film, and images appear on our computer screens instantly. The digital images can be enlarged and sharpened to help detect dental problems earlier. In addition to these advantages, the exposure time with digital x-rays is much less than traditional film, reducing radiation by 70-90%.
Intra Oral Photography
In order to maximize communication with our patients, we use an intraoral camera to take digital pictures of your teeth and gums. We can then instantly view these photos on our computer screen, so that together we can discuss any problems and easily explain treatment options available. We can also send these photos via email to other specialists involved with your treatment and can even print them on our photo printer for you to take home.
Digital Photography
Photos are indispensable when it comes providing the most precise and highly esthetic dentistry to our patients. Photos are used in virtually every facet of our practice– for diagnosis, planning, design, and laboratory communication. Our highly specialized digital camera allows us to document your case from start to finish, and all the steps in between. Photography gives us the ability to plan your restorations so that your teeth harmonize with the features of your face, creating the most beautiful, customized smile
